Missing Items & Damaged Shipments

It is very important to us that you receive your order on time and in excellent condition.  Please carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it and immediately contact Fourth Power Labs’ Customer Success Manager in the event of damaged or missing product.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Fourth Power Labs purchase, please contact our Customer Success Manager within 30 days of your purchase at xxx-xxx-xxxx for return authorization.  

Fourth Power Labs will refund 100% of the purchase price based on the original selling price, minus any freight charges, and a credit will be applied to the card number used to purchase the original order.  Refunds will be issued within seven days of receipt.

Missing Items & Damaged Shipments

It is very important to us that you receive your order on time and in excellent condition.  Please carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it and immediately contact Fourth Power Labs’ Customer Success Manager in the event of damaged or missing product.

Any damaged or missing product must be reported to Fourth Power Labs’ Customer Success Manager within two business days of receipt for further investigation.  Please take photographs of any damaged items to assist with the investigation.  A detailed verification will be performed upon return of product(s), and an appropriate refund will be issued for items returned.

Credits will be based on the original selling price, minus any freight charges, and issued to the point-of-sale credit card within seven days of receipt of confirming returned product.

No Credit Can Be Given For:

  • Product not returned in its original container
  • Packages that arrive at our distribution center without a return authorization number
  • Merchandise not on the itemized return authorization but delivered in the return shipment
  • Freight charges, unless the return is a result of our error 
  • Returns for product(s) not purchased directly from Fourth Power
  • Returned product damaged in transit by the carrier 

Obtaining A Return Authorization

Please contact Fourth Power Labs’ Customer Success Manager at xxx.xxx.xxxx for a Return Authorization Number for any items you wish to return.  Return Authorization documents must be included in the shipment.  You will be responsible for the shipment of the product back to Fourth Power Labs.  A Return Authorization does not include prepaid freight unless the return is a result of our error.  

90 Days Risk-Free 

If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, after you have completed the onboarding process, let us know within 90 days to receive a full refund.  Please contact Fourth Power Labs’ Customer Success Manager at xxx-xxx-xxxx for return authorization.  Once the products are received back to us, you will receive a full refund minus any freight charges.
