Introduction.  Letco Consumer, LLC, dba Fourth Power Labs (“Letco,” “Fourth Power,” “FPL,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Site and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  We also describe the measures we take to safeguard the information’s security and how to contact us about our privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use, found at Terms of Use, a legally binding agreement between you and Fourth Power Labs.

Information We Collect.  We collect information when you visit our Site, create an Account, use our Services, and when you choose to provide information through our Site.  The types of information we may collect include:

How We Use the Information We Collect.  Fourth Power Labs may use the information we collect to:

  • Personalize your Site experience and deliver the type of content and product offering in which you are most interested
  • Communicate with you about, and administer your participation in surveys, programs, newsletters, promotions, and other Site features

Also, we use may information collected online through cookies, web beacons and other automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing our users’ visits to our Site, (ii) delivering content tailored to our users’ interests, and how our users browse our Site, and (iii) managing our business.  We may also use this information to help diagnose technical and service problems, administer our Site, identify our Site users, and gather demographic information about our users.  We may use clickstream data to determine how much time users spend on web pages of our Site, how users navigate through our Site, and how we may tailor our Site to meet the needs of our users better.

Information We Share.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share information about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy.  We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf.  We do not authorize these third parties to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.  We also may share the information we obtain with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners.

We may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials based on a lawful disclosure request, (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity, or (iv) when you authorize us to.  We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell, transfer, or merge all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution, or liquidation).

Information Retention.  We are subject to multiple laws on the retention of information.  We will retain your information, even if you have closed your account, for as long as is reasonably necessary to comply with our business and legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us.  Information that has been de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated may not be retrievable or traced back for destruction, deletion or amendment.  Information you have shared with others (e.g., through group posts) may remain visible, and we do not control information that other users may have copied from our Site. 

How We Protect Your Information.  Fourth Power Labs takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.  Fourth Power Labs implements certain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect your information’s integrity and security.  Fourth Power Labs personnel may access and use the information only if they are authorized to do so and only for the purpose for which they are authorized.

Unfortunately, no methods used to transmit information via the internet or data storage methods are completely secure.  Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards.  Any transmission of information is at your own risk.  You agree that Fourth Power Labs is not liable for the unauthorized release of your information unless such release resulted from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Fourth Power Labs.

The safety and security of your information also depend on you.  You are responsible for maintaining your password and account confidentiality and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.  You should not share your password with anyone.  When accessing your account from a public or shared computer, you should use particular caution so that others are not able to view or record your password or your other information.  Please notify Fourth Power Labs immediately of any unauthorized access or use of the Site or the loss or unauthorized use of your account information (e.g., username or password).

Age and Geographic Restrictions.  You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site.  Fourth Power Labs will never knowingly request information from anyone under the age of 18.  Any person who provides information through the Site represents that they are 18 years of age or older.  If you believe the information of any minor under the age of 18 has been provided to Fourth Power Labs and you are the parent or guardian of said minor, you may contact us to request that we delete any such information at  If you are not 18 years of age or older, you must not access or use our Site or Services.

Our Site is hosted in the United States of America.  We make no representations that our Site’s information is appropriate or available for use in any location outside of the United States.  If you are a resident of another country or are accessing the Site from outside of the United States, please note that you are transferring your data to the United States of America, which does not have the same data protection laws as the European Union and other regions.

Your Choices.  Your use of our Site and Services is voluntary.  We offer you certain choices about how your information is collected, used, and shared, from deleting or correcting information you include in your profile to advertising opt-outs and communication controls.  You can review and update your preferences, remove your information, or deactivate your account at any time. 

You can review and change your personal information by sending an email to to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
